Boxing has so many benefits, we all know computer games, computers and watching TV takes up a lot of our children’s recreation time, whilst doing so, our children lose fitness, co-ordination skills and before long confidence when they reach adolescence.

Red Corner - Childrens Boxing Class Orange Grade & aboveChildrens Boxing Class Orange Grade & above (Thursdays 17:00)

Instructor: Glenn Smith, Cost £3

This class is for children of any age that have reached the level of Orange and above in their grading. The class will consist of a higher level technique being taught, like ringcraft, balance, timing and occasionally sparring.
