Jo Gamble, the Red Corner Nutritionist, is visiting the gym for a talk on Tuesday 29th January
The talk is going to be all about good food and balanced diets and everyone is welcome!
Jo’s worked with the gym for a couple of years now & regularly works with our members who we refer for extra guidance and nutritional support. Jo turned to a career in nutritional therapy after her daughter became very poorly. Conventional treatment was not enough, so she went on a mission to find the answers, discovering them in naturopathy.
Jo has been a behavioural therapist for the last 12 years where she has specialised in children with autism and complex learning difficulties. Jo uses her skills and experience to compliment her nutritional therapy, in particular for children and clients with eating disorders.
Jo qualified from the College of Naturopathic Medicine with a diploma in Nutritional Therapy. The CNM course is recognised as one of the most respected within the industry.
The talk will take place at the gym at 7pm & costs £5.
Everyone welcome, you don’t have to be a member of the gym to attend!
Feel free to bring a friend or family member.
