New Power Yoga Class
Rita Osborne is an outstanding fitness professional. Her career spans over 20 years. She has excelled in all areas of fitness from a vast range of studio classes, weight management programmes and personal training. Her fitness career took her to a senior level of management of the largest health club chain in Europe. Over the years she has won many awards and has travelled to Australia and Europe teaching fitness and yoga.
Rita holds qualifications in both fitness and yoga, she is an assessor for one of the UK’s leading Yoga schools and holds the position of student liaison officer.
Rita runs her own holistic therapy business, for individual clients and produces wellbeing programmes to the corporate market. She is also a member REPS and holds a first aid certificate.
Her yoga is a blend of 3 different styles, this enables her to adapt the yoga sessions to suit the participants.
Power yoga has many benefits, increases flexibility and joint movement, improves stamina and strength, while teaching correct breathing techniques to reduce stress and aid relaxation.
This new class will take place every Monday at 7pm & costs £5. It is held at the gym and you do not need to be a member of the gym to attend the class, everyone is welcome!
