Work Out Inspo

Hi All,

Well we are well into the New Year now & most of you will probably be back into your fitness routines. We thought we’d add in a little motivation with our workout of the month. We decided to add in some pair work to mix it up abit. Here our coaches Warren & James use Olympic Rings, Power Boxes & our new Airdyne Bike and put together a short circuit. Depending on how many reps and sets you want to do you can make this as short or as long a workout as your schedule allows.
