Green light for classes…

Hi All,

It’s been a crazy few weeks since our re-opening! Now that we are able to run all of our services again due to the lockdown easing, we thought it may be worth a blog to refresh all our members with our services, booking procedures and social distancing measures.

Classes

All of our popular classes are now back up and running, this includes kids boxing, adults classes and teenage classes. Please use our online booking system for all classes. This is to ensure we stick to our social distancing measures. We currently have class limits in place so book in early to avoid disappointment. All of your equipment is provided and kit is always wiped down and sanitised after use.

Gym Passes

The gym is open for public use, we aren’t taking bookings for this. Please feel free to show up and pay at the reception for this. You can also purchase weekly or monthly passes here too. We accept cash, card and Apple Pay. You will be added to our membership system which allows you to check-in through the kiosk located at reception limiting your contact.

Personal Training

Our Personal Training is running as usual. All sessions are booked with our instructors directly, please continue to bring in your own gloves if you have them, along with your own towels. Please feel free to contact us directly if you wish to enquire about private sessions, we run half hour and full hour sessions. These can also start from any age.

Covid Safety Procedures

Please note if you are feeling unwell or have a temperature do not make your way to the gym. We have hand sanitiser stations throughout the gym starting at reception. You will also find cleaning stations for all kit, please use to wipe down all kit after use. Bring your own towels. We have disposable plastic cups for drinks and protein shakes. We also still have some equipment marked out of use to ensure social distancing within our cardio area.
